I’ve been using the Rouge Elite Face Mask and I’m genuinely very happy with it. It feels powerful, it’s easy to use, and I started noticing visible changes in my skin fairly quickly. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed.
One of the nicest things is that my friends keep telling me that every time they see me, I look younger. That’s when you know other people are noticing the difference too!
It has definitely become a regular part of my skincare routine, and I’m really pleased with the results so far. I would absolutely recommend it.
After using red light therapy for about 1 year for my Rheumatoid Arthritis I finally bought my own. I did a lot of research, on different brands and wave lengths that are best for RA. I had being using a friends Rojo and a Theralight at a gym. I find the Rouge G4 so much more powerful. It works great on my RA, helping me with my fatigue as well as joint and muscle pain. I’m so thankful that it helps me so much, I use it everyday when I get up. A nice side benefit is I’m sleeping better, and my skin is clearing up and looks good too.
My grandma purchased this same model in 2024 and has been recommending it to me ever since. My husband is a disabled veteran with chronic cervical/thoracic/lumbar pain and has a spinal cord stimulator. The best relief for him was with myofascial release therapy but the VA only covers limited visits. And out of pocket, each visit for MFT is $180. We were able to get the VA to approve a red light mat from a different company and that helped…a little. Two years later, we finally listened to my grandma and bought this unit ourselves. We both describe it as “melting” the pain away within minutes. We can’t recommend this unit enough to those who suffer from chronic muscle and nerve pain!
Very happy with my purchase and after several weeks of use would buy again. If you're in the market for a quality Red Light Therapy you can't go wrong in 2026 with this unit. Numerous adjustments for whatever you are for.
I absolutely love my Rouge tabletop panel! I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin from using it for a couple weeks. My back acne is starting to tame down. Very user friendly and easy to set up which is great. Looking forward to using it for many more things!
I can't say a whole lot about the red light therapy yet I haven't had it very long. The feeling under the red/nred is good. I use the near-red more for inflammation it seems to be helping some like I said to early to tell.
I'm a massage therapist and after buying myself the tabletop light a few years back, I decided to buy one for my practice as well. Only thing is I wish I bought the bigger one! The light has been fantastic, I love that I can control it from the app on my phone.
I was very pleased with your Rouge unit! Works great, great iPhone and control panel very complete and easy to use. The unit it self is incredibly well built, way solid much heavier than I expected. Pleased with my purchase and will surely purchase another unit in my future!
I’m an older senior and have now had my Rouge Nano for 2 weeks using it every evening. From the first night, I’ve slept better and feel more relaxed after a treatment. I’ve been using it mostly on my legs and feet for neuropathy, muscle spasms after I go for a walk, and on my shins for eczema that I get every winter. I haven’t had muscle spasms and the eczema is now 95% gone. I might order a tabletop panel but I need to make sure it works on my issues. The order and delivery of my Nano was quick and reliable after having a bad experience with a different company. Thanks Rougecare!
My German Shepherd has arthritis in her back legs, and she’s been sleeping better since red light therapy. I’ve also taken it over to my parents home to support their joint pains. They seemed to like it too.
I’m loving our new tabletop red light! I’ve been using it on my ankle for an injury and for my skin (face). I noticed remarkably less pain in my ankle after the very FIRST use. It makes a difference every session! My skin has also been looking fantastic. I suffer from adult acne and I’ve had one pimple since I started using my red light. That’s simply AMAZING!! Also Snickers (dog) loves to come bask in the red light too. :)
My family and I love the Rogue Max G4 panel paired with the Motorized Stand G4. We added a massage table from Amazon. We value our health and made the worthy investment.
It’s a great product. I’m considering the motorized stand and the larger panels to get a larger coverage and less spot treatments. Thanks again for a great experience. .
My wife thinks the red light therapy helped reduce her hip pain. I feel like it helps me recover faster post workout. We’ve only had the panel for 3 weeks so hopefully with longer use we’ll see even more benefits.
I ordered the G4 Max with the small motorized stand on April 21st 2026, and it arrived on the 24th! I was visiting relatives so I didn’t get a chance to set it up until the 26th. It was incredibly well packaged and the directions for the stand were very clear and I had it set up in an hour at the most. My wife was the first one to try it followed immediately by me. It’s been awesome! We love laying beneath it and basking in the warm red glow. My wife is interested in general wellness and a little energy boost and hopefully help over time with osteoporosis. We have faith that it will. I’m treating a multitude of issues including chronic pain and chronic migraines as well as arthritis and spinal stenosis. The relief I’m getting so far is almost too good to be true. At this rate I’m hoping to be completely rid of the migraines in a few weeks. I’m finding that 2 sessions a day of 10 minutes each, 5 front and 5 back, are working well for me. I may increase it a little after a week or two.
Meanwhile I have a neighbor who just had surgery for a torn Achilles tendon so I set him up with my G4 Tabletop just 2 days ago, the day after surgery. He was anticipating a lot of pain after the medication wore off, but hasn’t had to even take a Tylenol after using it for 10 minutes twice daily with his leg elevated and the light pointed up at the back of his knee and upper calf. He has a thick bandage wrapped around his foot and lower calf area and the light just covers the top part of that. He’s amazed and so grateful after being skeptical at first. It’s so gratifying to be able to help someone with pain! I believe he and his wife will be buying their own light soon!

I just received this Tabletop G4 on April 10, 2026 and this morning, April 21, 2026, I called and ordered a G4 Max and a small motorized stand to go with it. I am keeping my Tabletop unit for spot treatments.
I have had a lot of relief already for many of the multiple symptoms that I’m trying to deal with daily. I have chronic neuropathic and muscle and skeletal pain from a failed lumbar spine surgery in 2005, and a colectomy in 2009 because of all the pain medication I was on. I also have trygeminal neuralgia on both sides as well as chronic migraines.
I hung it on a door and started treating my entire body by raising it up and down accordingly. It works great this way, but I’m looking forward to being able to lie down and treat my entire body at once, doing each side and relaxing while doing so.
Within a few short days I noticed a drastic reduction in allodinia, as well as much lower and less frequent pain levels. Another issue I have is I tend to bite the inside of my lower lip when chewing due to swelling from the TN. I was able to treat the area by pulling my lip down and exposing the ulcer to the light for 2 1/2 minutes from about 6” and I experienced immediate pain relief and the swelling reduced dramatically. This helped to prevent reinjuring it constantly and it healed up in a couple days when it’s usually weeks. Along with that I no longer have pain when I’m chewing! This alone is worth what I paid for both of these setups!
I’m just so grateful that I get emotional when I try to talk to someone about it.
I also have friends and family who have issues and are interested and I’ll be lending my Tabletop to them so they can experience it for themselves and buy their own Rouge Care products.
I spoke with Aubrey (sp?) this morning at length about what I needed and how to best use it and she was so helpful and so kind.

Really loving this red light therapy mask! It’s comfortable, super easy to use, and actually fits well. I’ve already noticed my skin looking fresher and more even, and it’s become such an easy part of my routine. Definitely happy with it so far!
Finally - a mask that's comfortable to wear and I feel fits my face. I've noticed such a difference in a pretty short period of time, and I really appreciate the different modes - the helpful manual was a bonus as well. I've looked at a few others and this is the first one that actually explains how the settings can help and makes me feel much more informed. It's also super easy to clean!
My 15 year old son and I have been using the mask every other day for the last 10 days. I've only had to charge the battery once so far. It has been helping him a lot with his acne.

Great so far. Solid and well built. The shipping packaging was amazing. I haven't used it long enough to see any noticeable improvements but I am confident I'll see some dramatic benefits.
The stand for the Rouge Pro G4 is a bit heavy and expensive, but I don’t regret buying it. You can easily take it off when you want, but having it makes a huge difference. It really gives you that professional salon experience, lying down on the bed and fully relaxing. It’s comfortable, stable, and totally enhances the overall experience—I’d definitely recommend it!
We bought the Rouge Pro G4 (Single) for ourselves, but it ended up at my mum’s place—and now she’s loving it! She sleeps better, experiences less pain, and feels genuinely refreshed. We’ve used it too, and it’s incredible; we’re already planning to buy another one because ours isn’t coming back anytime soon! ha ha
The light is so soothing, and my body feels completely relaxed after each session. Honestly, you have to try it to truly understand how amazing it is. This device is a game-changer for relaxation and overall well-being!
J’ai reçu le panneau il y a environ 3 semaines . Je l’utilise à tous les jours. Je peux déjà voir des changements subtiles au niveau du visage . Je dors aussi très bien . J’ai essayé tous les préréglages et même celui sur mes chiens . Ils ont restés en place pendant le 20 minutes de luminotherapie et semblant s’y plaire . J’adore jusqu’à présent et je m’intéresse déjà à d’autres produits de la gamme rouge .
So far I am very happy with it! I’ve only had it for around 2 weeks but I’ve been using it everyday and it’s easy to use and excellent quality! The customer service has been great as well. Even my senior dog is loving it! So far it seems to help calm me before sleep with the sleep preset. I’m not sure whether I’ve noticed other changes yet, but again it’s been only a bit under 2 weeks. Looking forward to continuing with it!
Part of my daily routine now. A must have during winter months. Too early to speak to results but the unit itself is very well made and built with quality.

I am really having a great experience with my Rouge G4 Ultimate. The packaging was perfect and all the items arrived in perfect condition. I’ve started my journey with RLT and after two weeks I’m already seeing the first results. I’m really happy with my purchase.
The yellow and blue lights are really useful. I can't wait to see it helping with my acne. High expectations for sure. Plus I legit think I look kind of cool with it
In love with my mask!! The silicone feels really smooth, the presets make it easy for everyday use and it's not bulky at all so I can take it when I'm not sleeping at home but still want to do my skincare
A very solid piece of kit. It is heavy and the wall packet was easy to install, but over engineered in the event the panel sits on the floor as a smaller bracket would suffice to prevent it falling over. However if it is suspended off the floor, it’s perfect.
I am sure it will last for many years to come!
