Red light therapy is generally considered to be very safe and there are no known side effects. However there are some considerations where you should avoid using red light or at least discuss it with your physician.

If you are sensitive to light, we recommend speaking to your doctor prior to using Rouge. If you are pregnant, have cancerous or potentially cancerous lesions, or if you are taking medication such as Tetracycline, Digoxin, Retin A, or any other photosensitizing drug, you should speak to your healthcare provider before using Rouge. You should not use Rouge on infants.

That entirely depends on your budget, the reason you are buying the light - including the size of the area you are trying to treat, the benefit you are seeking and how much time you have to spend on treating yourself.

The sizes range from the Rouge Tabletop G4 which is geared towards targeted treatment, Rouge Pro G4 which is considered half body, the Rouge Max G4 which is for full body with narrower width and the full body Rouge Ultimate G4 which covers wider frames - we cover all your needs. We ship internationally. Please note, when an order is shipped, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These duty fees are not included in our prices and we are unable to calculate import fees added to your shipment. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination prior to delivery. How do I return?
Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return

Returns for North and South America will be sent to our US or Canadian warehouse for inspection.

International returns may also be sent to directly to our manufacture in China for inspection in order to keep shipping and duty fees as low as possible.

Who pays for shipping of returned goods?

Client is responsible for all shipping fees when returning items.

What items are returnable?

• All Rouge Light Panels - within 60 days from the date of purchase
• In like new condition
• In the original packaging with all of the accessories and cables
• Stands and racks are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can only be accepted if they are in new condition with no scratches or visible signs of being being assembled and/or used

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Stands or racks cannot be returned after they have been assembled

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for select variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. We cannot echange stands or racks after they have been assembled

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Warranty Information

1. Rouge Red Light Therapy devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the purchase date.
2. Free replacements are warranted for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS.
3. Warranty does not cover the following damage(s): Modified product, improper installation or use, rough or negligent treatment, accidental damage, improper cleaning, electrical surges, or damage caused by direct exposure to natural elements like water or fire for example.
4. If rough or negligent treatment or any other causes of damage that are not covered under this warranty are determined to be the cause of damage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of labor and parts needed to fulfill the warranty work.
5. Warranty does not cover the loss of third party with direct or indirect damage(s)
