Yes, Rouge ships red light therapy devices worldwide, every day!
How much does shipping cost?
US, Canada, UK, and Australia - shipping is included in all orders over $400
Other Countries: Rouge pricing for other countries may be different from US, Canada, UK or Australia, as it includes international shipping fees, which may vary from one destination to another. Shipping fees are included to all supported destinations.
Do I have to pay duty and taxes?
Duty and taxes such as VAT for example may apply to your order when importing Rouge products outside of the US or Canada. If that is the case, the amount to be paid will be provided at checkout and you will be required to pay the applicable duty with your order, Rouge will then ship with a method called DDP (Delivery and Duty Prepaid) - which means your package will go directly to you, and no fees will need to be paid by you before you can receive delivery.
Who pays shipping fees on returns?
Return shipping fees are entirely your responsibility, including any potential import taxes or duty fees, unless an item is returned because it is defective and under warranty, in which case we will pay return shipping fees and associated fees like duty or import tax.
When will I receive my order?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the globe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We usually work with major carriers to ensure reliable service, speed, transparency and cost effectiveness.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and postal service process the orders, which sometimes takes an additional day or two.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US and Canadian orders should take between 2 and 4 business days, but can take longer from time to time. If a product is out of stock locally, and needs to be shipped from one of our international warehouses, 2 or 3 more days may be required. Other countries including UK and Australia can expect 5 to 10 business days for shipping.
