Rouge Nano

I bought the unit because I needed something small to travel with to Europe, where it is sometimes difficult to order from the US due to customs. I absolutely love my Rouge Nano! It's easy and very comfortable to use wherever I am and the USB charging is a huge plus.

The convenience of taking the portable version anywhere I am is the reason I bought it. It is great to use on targeting pain areas, even if you have to get creative to position and support the device. It is ideal for red light treatment on the face and neck.

I love the Nano, best priced hand held size on the market and the only one as far as I can tell with the option for all red or all and NIR light. After three weeks of use for 3 to 4 times a week on my face I already see an improvement in the look and texture of my skin. I also get a great mood boost from this one using it in the morning. This is my third unit from Rouge and they are fantastic!

We wanted a red light device to take with us when we travel. This unit is perfect. Very happy with it as we are with our Rouge red light wall panel. Rouge products are wonderful. My only wish would be that Rouge design a stand for this portable unit.

I use this in contact with the treated area as positioning it an inch away is very awkward. This is the way I suspect most people use it, and in view of that why not make it with rounded corners to make it more comfortable? It gets comfortably warm midway of the 10 minutes, and this is comforting for a painful area

I have loved using this small handy and portable device for several weeks. Definitely an improvement in skin tone, firmness, scar and surgery pain recovery and better sleep. Incredible!!!

I haven't noticed a change in skin appearance or in pain. Also very heavy to hold it needs a strap. Not impressed considering reviews were supposed to be good and it's expensive

I have 2 larger Rouge lights, but even the table top one is awkward to transport. This little one is perfect, I can easily take it with me. I don’t use it for my whole body treatments but it’s great for localized issues.

The red light therapy as offered by Rouge is greatly appreciated. I originally purchased the at home large panel with stand . We presently have it over our sofa in our office and use it daily. It has helped my husband and me in the following areas : increased hair growth , better overall skin and muscle tone, improved facial skin and muscle tone, a feeling of well being (post session), a great way to start the day . We are both retired and do much travelling so this smaller unit is used during travels . The hand held , purse size unit travels well and is allowing up to practice the red therapy sessions while we are away from home and our home unit. Also the smaller unit has the ability to target specific areas of concern. Thank you for making this small unit available for travellers.

I’ve read a lot about the benefits of red light and infrared but I was still a bit unconvinced that this tiny device was really powerful enough to deliver. So I tried an experiment. For three weeks, I used the device on the back of one hand for 10 mins a day. At the end of the 3 weeks, I showed my partner my hands and asked if there was any visible difference. He easily identified the hand that had received the light therapy. My knuckle wrinkles are noticeably less pronounced and my skin texture is slightly smoother as well. I’m not going to keep treating my hand, but if it made that much difference at 3 weeks I’m excited about what it can do for my face and neck after a few months. I originally found it difficult to find a time in the day to use the light. But now I prop it up on my bathroom counter at face-level when I’m getting ready in the morning. Now getting in my 10mins is effortless. I’m happy with the number of sessions I can get with one (very long) charge. I’d love to have a bigger panel but I no longer have any doubt in this little red light powerhouse.

A great device for smaller areas of the body, or for taking red light therapy along while traveling.

I have a lot of issues with wounds. I have a facial birthmark and I suppose because my skin is dense with enlarged blood vessels, wounds generally take a very long time to heal. I recently had surgery and there was an area that didn't heal - leaving an open area of about 1.5cm by 1cm. Sounds pretty small, but I had a similar wound in March that took over 3 months to heal. As an RN I have some experience with wound care and know what treatments to use for dry and wet wounds. However, regardless of my knowledge, my skin does not heal rapidly. I have a tendency to research and try to find methods to quicken the healing process - although they generally don't help. This time, I was quite fortunate to come upon red light therapy. I was a bit sceptical at first, as it is not inexpensive, but of the many thousands of dollars I have spent on wound care in the last few years, this was by far the best purchase. The size and depth of my wound improved with every red light treatment immediately. Where typically a wound on my birthmark would take months, with twice daily red light therapy the would was gone in just one week. I am so grateful to Rouge for making this device. It was worth every penny!

I was a bit sceptical, but after a lot of research decided to give the Nano a go. I ended up buying the goggles separately as my eyes were a bit sensitive to the light. I can already see a difference in my skin after just a couple weeks of use. One of my (admittedly small) smile lines is just *gone* and I'm loving myself for not taking "before" pictures. The Nano is great for your first purchase, especially if you travel and want to take it with you, but I will be saving up for a larger panel because I cannot wait to achieve results over larger areas. I use a mix of the red and NIR lights. I don't use any special serums nor do I do any microneedling. The whole reason I wanted to try this is because it's non-invasive. I also tried using it on a small wound, and I swear it healed faster and better, but I will have to find a way to compare it before I make that claim. Long story short: if you're looking for a non-invasive way to healthy skin without damaging it, the Nano is a great place to start.

Love everything about this portable, lightweight device! Easy to use and charge. My son benefits from it and all he has to do is lay down and relax. Highly recommend it.

it healed a sore that my pet dog has had for over 3 years_The small size is perfect for my dog_I can target it without getting it in his eyes_the sore is open tunnel wound is gone after much antibiotics creams etc etc....worth the money

It has helped heal my injury. Allows me to feel more tired before bed and wake up feeling more rested. I enjoy the feeling of it. Great product. Wish I could get a bigger one. But that's life. Enjoying it a lot!

The Nano would work better if it had an adjustable hand strap and an audible signal when the 10 minute timer is finished.

Received my Rouge Nano and I’m very happy with the product so far. The battery life is very good I usually have to charge it once a month. Product feels like it’s made from premium materiel not that cheap feel. Actual red light is very bright even on combo almost have to wear sunglasses.

Hands down this is the best invention ever ..! Hand held portable and well made. Very long lasting charge as well. I love the carrying case too makes it effortless to take with you wear ever you go. Highly recommend this product!!!

Way too soon to tell if this is effective. However at a cost we were put in touch with a contact… a great person for consultation which was super helpful in telling us how to use the device.

What an amazing little unit. Good price too. I may move up to a larger model in a few months. I’m still testing but it seems to help my back pain. Doesn’t really help with hair growth that much after three weeks of use but maybe I’m doing it wrong.

This is my second device. I purchased it so I could travel with it.. Both lights are a must for my pain relief. Quality is excellent. It is convenient, easy to charge, light weight and takes very little room in my carryall. Perfect!

When I went back to oncologist he was surprised that my psa had dropped from 112 to .07 my wife had a scab on her nose that doctor had told her was cancerous and he would have to cut it out. She used my rouge for a bit over a month and the scab fell off. The spot was red for a while but went back to looking normal skin.

This light has given me more pain relief than any medication I’ve tried. It has truly changed my life! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after no doctor or specialist could find a reason for my chronic pain. I use a pain diary and since using the light, most days are 2-4 on the pain scale, occasionally higher. Before most days were 5-7 and frequently 8-9. It took a little while to figure out the right distance and dose time. I found some great books online that helped with that. I found out using the light too much gives less results, so there is a ‘sweet spot’. The only down side of the nano is the small size, but it is great for taking with me if I go somewhere overnight. I bought a larger unit and I love it.
